Camera-Ready Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers are required to prepare and submit the camera-ready version, which is the final version of the manuscript to be published in the conference proceedings.
The camera-ready paper must be formatted strictly according to the given template.

Please submit final (Camera-Ready) Manuscript after incorporating all reviewer suggestions. In addition to the camera-ready version, submit a separate file showing changes made in response to reviewer comments, using Track Changes or highlighted revisions.
Ensure the paper is polished, figures are high quality, and references are complete. All materials must be submitted by the camera-ready deadline in the acceptance notification.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Authors of accepted oral presentations must follow these guidelines for a smooth session.
1. Presentation duration for online and physical presenters is as follows: Online presenters are allocated 9 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A, while physical (on-site) presenters are allocated 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
2. The recommended slide format is 16:9 ratio, PPT/PPTX or PDF. Ensure readability and high contrast.

3. Upload the slides to the provided drive as instructed, no later than 25 January 2026. The presentation file must be renamed as SessionNo_RegistrationID.
4. Arrive early, meet the session coordinator, and verify slide display compatibility. Session coordinators will be mentioned in the conference pamphlet.
5. Present in English, focus on the key contributions of your work, avoid text-heavy slides, and use the provided sample slide deck as a guide when preparing your own presentation.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Follow the instructions below for preparing and presenting your poster:
1. The Poster Size allowed poster size is A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation, unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
2. Please use the poster template provided by the conference for preparing your poster. This ensures a consistent layout and appearance across all posters.

3. Your poster should include:
Use clearly defined sections and ensure all text is readable from a reasonable distance.
4. Use high-contrast colors, high-resolution images, and clear graphics. Highlight key contributions and main findings to attract viewers.
5. Posters shall be printed on flex material suitable for display.
6. Each poster must leave clear top and bottom margins as shown in the provided diagram.
Metal or plastic rings are NOT required and should not be included. Posters will be mounted using the display arrangements provided by the organizers.
7. Posters must be printed before arriving at the venue. Please set up your poster prior to the start of your assigned session.
8. At least one author must be present during the scheduled session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
Poster Submission
Please ensure that you handover the poster to the organizing committee at the registration table.
Poster viewing session and Evaluation
A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
Poster presenters are able to explain their material, answer questions, exchange contact information, and fully discuss the subject matter, as visitors examine the displays during the time allocated for poster presentation.
